Schedule your Hennepin County Probate Registrar appointment in the suburbs

by Boyd Johnson on November 2, 2009

If you are opening an informal probate in Hennepin County, save time and avoid the hassle and expense of parking by meeting one of the Probate Registrars in the suburbs rather than downtown.

About every other week, Ms. Peterson travels to Brookdale for part of a day. I believe she does the same thing for Ridgedale. You must have an appointment as walk-ins are not allowed. Based on my experience, these appointment slots get filled pretty quickly, so call as far ahead as possible.

To get a suburb appoint, jusk ask for the dates Ms. Peterson is at Brookdale or Ridgedale when calling the Hennepin County Probate intake and calendaring number (612-348-3249).

Since my office is in St. Louis Park, I always try to schedule with Julie at Ridgedale. It saves time and money for my clients, and eliminates the hassle for me. Plus I get to visit with one of my librarian friends now and then!
